Is "Hailey's commit" another 5 star recruit that has agreed to play at utah?

Utes won't lose this one at home; Utah 28 - Utah St. 17

Give me a break. Aggie fans are just having a little fun. You guys are taking it way too seriously as evidenced by your defensiveness. If you deny USU bragging rights for last year then you seriously have no clue how sports work. It's a game. Not salvation.

To bad Utah will never know USU's success. All those huge victories they have.

I'm glad you have enjoyed a laugh but what's your point? USU enjoyed every break and barely won in overtime in 2012. The U is going to stomp usu in RES.

I won't feel sorry for the fans as much as I will for the players. All of their hard work for a long drawn out affair looking to end like last season.

But on the brighter side they will be further along in their education and their scholarship will hopefully pan out to something much greater than Ute football.

Anything will be better than Ute football this season. There might be some rare bright spots but the general consensus is that "I'll Be Home for Christmas" will be the favorite tune getting heavy rotation maybe as early as Halloween.

    Go Aggies!

I think this will be a very close game. Utah State is returning a ton of starters, but I think the Utes will be able to run the ball and control the game. I'm scared about the U's inexperience at secondary and not so great play from the line backers going up against Keeton; I think he could go off for a big day scrambling and throwing the ball. Overall, I think both teams will put up some points but I'll take the U at home 31-24.

Love the Aggie smack talk. Bring it on and all in good fun. I'll be cheering for you after this.

Good to see Utah State fans come out of the woodwork after so long. Where have you guys been for the past 15 years?

gonefishn, sorry I lost you after "Haileys commit". Difficult to read smack talk when I am laughing so much, but thank you for the laugh!

    oh christopher...

the current utes have nothing on the Aggies, they are 0-1.
    2010 - did not play
    2011 - did not play
    2012 - Aggies win

Sorry to burst your pac10.2 bubble, but you lose this one.

I do not blame the aggie fans for their big talk. The aggies only have so many opportunities to talk smack. After all, a USU win against the U is closer to Haileys commit in frequency than an every year experience.
Deep down the USU players and fans know they needed home field advantage, a block punt for a touch down, The Utes to play 3 qbs, a Utah missed field goal at the end of regulation, a Kruger ejection, and a phantom Jake Murphy push off just to barely pull one out against a mediocre Utah team.

Getting a little sass from the little brothers up north! I love it. Hey, you deserve to talk smack this year, until August 29. You did beat us last year. But when we beat you this year, don't be like the little brothers down south and still talk smack about how much better you are. If you can't prove it on the field, the smack is meaningless.

I remember when I was a teenager - I beat my older brother in wrestling. He was much better than I was, but I still beat him. I bragged and crowed and talked smack until the next time we wrestled - and he kicked my tail. I learned a valuable lesson as a little brother, don't taunt the older, wiser, stronger bigger brother because you will pay for it in the end.

I fully expect Utah State to learn the same lesson this year.

All smack talk aside, good luck to USU. I hope you win 12 straight games this year - after you lose the first one, of course.

    Go Utes!!

Cannot wait for the game... this should be good!

On paper, I think the Aggies should have the advantage... the "wac talent" is all back. The utes lost some D strength with Star and the Krugers.

Home field goes to the utes.

The utes may want redemption, but the Aggies want validation...

This will be a great game!

    Go Aggies!

Good thing this game isn't played on past merits, it's played on the field with players who weren't playing 15 years ago. If we wabt to look at the past, look at the relevant one, last years game and we have the scoreboard for that one.

The start of the football season is almost here!!!

The Aggies might be the best team in the State this year with their depth and balance on offense and defense. They have the most experience and least amount of injuries of the big three programs, and want to prove themselves. First up: Utah.

Utah should be a good measuring stick for what to expect the team can do. If the Aggies limit the Utes running attack like is expected, the war will be over in the first half as the Aggies build up a lead. Keaton always does his thing. I expect he will have a big day against the Ute secondary as well as on the ground. He may lead all rushers for the game while throwing for 250+ as well.

    Go Ags!!

I do expect Utah will score against the Aggies.

Pac 12 Utah won't have much trouble with Wac talent USU.

Winning 1 game after losing 15 in a row hardly gives the WAC aggies reason to believe these programs are comparable

    Utah 30
    usu 17

Start of another 15 game UTE winning streak over the lowly aggies.

    Mark it Down

    Go Utes

Can't wait to watch two good teams duke it out! What network is going to show the game? Am I going to get it here in Reno? Does Utah have streaming available?

    Go Cougs!!!
    Go Utes except Sept. 21st!!!
    Go Aggies beat the Utes!!!

Wow, big talk coming from a team that won their first game against Utah in a decade. Yes this could get ugly (for usu). Utah wants to avenge last year and will not show any mercy. Utah will win by 14+, and this is only a preview of what is to come on 9/21. GO UTES!!!

I don't think the Utes' offense will cross the 50 year yard line. The Aggie Defense is just too good.
