I am a big BYU fan, always have been and always will be. We have some wonderful quarterback options this year, and I am grateful for that. I also respect the fact that other teams have great players too, in fact they're much better than most of the people that comment on these silly threads. Players in college football got there because they have the talent. BYU plays Utah and Utah State this year. I accept the fact that which ever teams shows up to play on offense and defense is going to win. My hope is that BYU shows up for all there games this year. I love college football! GO COUGS!

I have a question for you want the rivalry to continue?

I love the arbitrary claim that Hill and Olsen are somehow better than ANY QB in Utah. Clearly not better than Chucky (Are you a better team, yes, but he is the better QB). And better than Utah's QB(s)? Based on what? 112 passing yards against Hawaii? (Yeah, look it up) I remember this same hype last year about Nelson. He was going to save the world. Give Hill a few games to prove himself before you put him on a pedestal.

And don't quote me T.Wilson's stats. I'm not claiming he is better than anyone else. But time will tell.

That schtick is already owned by E T Bass and Mildred. Try something different.

Wayne, I had hopes you had moved on, bud! Remember, Taysome is a PAC quality quarterback vetted by no less than Coach Harbaugh himself.

Even with 3rd string QB's, Utah has had no problem beating whatever QB byu puts on the field(including one of best QB's in country in high school).

Put whoever you want out there, Utah still owns you on the field.

Van Noy, Hoffman, Riley Nelson.. guess what they all have in common?

0 career wins against their rival!

2013 seniors will be 0-4(winless) in their careers against big brother Utah.

Know when last time byu went 4-0 against Utah?

After this year Utah will have had TWO separate 4-0 streaks in last 15 years

Yes how the times have changed!

The time and place are indicated for the Big Blue Bash, but what are the day and date?

With the fearless/take no prisoners approach Taysom has as the starting QB, it is good for BYU to have a capable replacement in the event he is injured again.

Both quarterbacks, Taysom Hill and Ammon Olsen, are better than the QB's playing at the little brother up north and the step child in Logan. Chuckie Keaton is 0-2 versus BYU, including a loss last year to Taysom Hill. Advantage Taysom.

Remember when Chuckie Keaton guaranteed a win over BYU in 2011? Aw...sometimes crow tastes so good.

    Go Cougars!

The real question is can he field punts in practice. We all know that's the secret in starting at quarterback for Bronco.

Olsen is a solid backup. I think he could be the next John Beck or Max Hall in the Bronco era. This BYU offense is going to be amazing this year!

Two comments from the videos: quick hitter to the tight end. Need a lot of those while the wides and the slots play their chess game with defenses, positioning for the mismatches and the one-on-ones.

And Olsen has a heck of a set of shoulders.

Ah oh, look who's got two great quarterbacks...

So much for not having athletes.

    Down under,

I can accept that. Chuckie has proven himself worth of that title.

It's great to have two talents QB's. They are by far the 2nd and 3rd best QB's in the state with Chuckie being #1. Can't wait for the season to get going. it will be a great year for the Cougs. They will be 8-4 even with a tough schedule. Mark it Down Crissy.
