GAs are most definitely allowed to keep journals. Elder Scott once talked about how he keeps his safe because he believes in the sacredness of the revelation the Lord gives to him for his own life.

Truly a book to look forward to. But LeGrand Richards was also an Apostle, and was a grandson of Franklin Dewey and son of George. No direct line to Willard. Was Willard an uncle to Apostle Franklin Dewey or maybe a cousin? I realize we have several great books on Apostle LeGrand Richards.

Are current-day apostles and GA's allowed to keep journals? I thought I read that it is forbidden or discouraged by he Church.
