At the time I was living in San Diego and was glad to have a great seat for the event. The Mailman had a couple of teammates with him, Bryon Russell was one. It was a great show and well worth the investment. Had Karl pursued wrestling, and he still could, he would be one the great "Good Guys" of pro wrestling.

What amazed me the most about the match was how Malone "TOWERED" over Hulk Hogan. I had always thought of Hulk Hogan as this big behemoth of a man until he stood next to Karl Malone's chiseled body. Hogan looked fat and small by comparison.

Great memories for sure, but I remember it different.

I remember Karl running down the court in the NBA final on NBC, flashing the "diamond cutter" to the crown and camera, and I can remember thinking "what is he doing? he has basketball to play and his head in in the WCW!"

Karl was a great for the NBA and the Jazz, but in the post season his numbers seemed to go down on average.

I remember it as a "what if" time, what if Karl had focused on the NBA Finals instead of the WCW... would an NBA title be hanging in the Delta Center (E.S.A.) next to Karl's number?

Oh the memories...... that was a rough summer, the Jazz loosing! But man all it took was the mail man to get in the square circle and "RASTLE" as Big Karl called it to forget MJ and the Bulls........ Man what a summer thanks for the walk down memory dirt road.

Jeremy "The Stick" Evans - He is so skinny it would be hard to catch him along with his athleticism and hops - he could fly around the ring. The only problem is if he got caught he could be in for it
