since BO delayed implementation of the employer mandate, how can the state even determine who is ineligible for subsidies because they have benefites through their work? granted, most will not because they have low-paying, low-benefit jobs, but some will. How can the state make that determination?

It's a scam, the whole thing.

kill the entire thing and start over.

We see from MA that universal coverage did not increas access to health care. only misguided or ill-intended dems would take something that did not work in one state and force it on the entire country.

"A must to qualify for federal dollars???"

Sometimes the rat only sees the cheese and ignores the trap.

The whole Obamacare scheme is unsustainable, unaffordable, ineffective, and reduces quantity and quality of healthcare for everyone. And, the costs will be astronomical to all taxpayers and healthcare users, despite the way the numbers were cooked to claim a saving.

Utah and Utahns will fare best by refusing to take the bait of "free money" - 100% now, but declining rapidly in the future.

Senator Mike Lee is working hard to stop the implementation of Obamacare, and should be praised. Our senior Senator is busy being nice to his liberal friends and not doing a darn thing to stop Obamacare, and confirms it was a mistake to elect him for another term.
