    @Chris B

    Wow, you really have nothing better to do with your life but comment about how great the U is...that's pathetic in all honesty.

    Which university had the best record in football in the state of Utah last year? Was it your Utes? Didn't think so. How about the year before that? Not the Utes again. Keep winning those recruiting battles and maybe one day you can have a team with a winning record.

    Chris B Let me explain to you about this family. He comes from a long line of great football players from his to uncle bill and bud to his DAD. His Head coach and DAD was one the Best football players to ever play in Grantsville. His Aunt was an olympian for the track and field team in 2000 for the hammer throw.

    Chris B., you maybe need some more hobbies. Give it a rest on the Utah Holy Grail ranting. I love Utah, and cheer for them always, but you're constant pounding and negative comments makes everyone hate all Utah fans. Just cheer for Utah, and don't bash every article that comes out, many of which have nothing to do with Utah. It's getting old.

    Go Utes!
    Go Aggies!
    Go Wildcats!

    For what it's worth , Chase Christiansen was not offered by Utah as mentioned in the story. His only offer was the one he accepted from Utah State. He wasn't rated by Scout.com, no stars which doesn't mean that as the football season moves onward he could be evaluated and rated two stars, right now you would have to say he was flying well under the radar. Athletic Dept press releases often infur that a prospect has multiple offers when he hasn't been offered by any other schools. The guy may have visited other schools, may be interested but it's a stretch to take such interest as an "offer". Regardless or irregardless in Springville, I hope he has a fine career and enjoys his time playing in the MWC. BTW, I don't bad mouth anyone nor am I a hater, I have an interest in facts which sometimes comes in conflict with fan expectations or talk around the water cooler.

    Probably a good decision if he wants playing time.

    For those beating their chest,

    I'll remind you who won the recruiting battle between USU, UTAH, and byu the past 3 years.

    That "win" can be defined as either average stars

    number of kids who picked Utah when had offers from all 3 schools

    Good luck in your WAC/MWC championship.
