"Like Burke, D.J. Augustin was a heralded point guard in college who went ninth in the draft to Charlotte back in 2008. Like Burke, Augustin was pitched as the franchise's point guard of the future....Augustin has been dismissed as one of the countless lottery picks that failed to fulfill optimistic predictions."

By all means, let's start with low expectations. It seems to be the way it is in Utah. Let's just assume the Jazz can never compete with other NBA teams, especially and even the small market teams. In case you can't tell, I'm being sarcastic. Why not start with great expectations, put pressure on the young point guard and make him earn the money he will undoubtedly be paid when he makes a case for himself.

And did Matt Peterson really suggest that Dwight Howard "got stuck" with Kobe, Nash and Gasol? Wasn't it the other way around? Kobe and Pao have how many rings? And Nash has been a leader in stats and wins throughout his career while Howard has won nothing and this year helped one of the most storied franchises in history to a low spot in their history.
