    Great article! My husband gave his 2-week notice last week because the new management didn't recognize his efforts-only wanted him to work harder and longer. He told a co-worker yesterday he was leaving because he was depressed at the end of a day's work. The co-worker said 'you just described how I feel'. This company may have a lot of turn over in the next few months. Sad.
