    People make bad choices all the time.

    Note that the guy is only working 20 hours a week. This is the consequence of another bad choice- too many people voted for Obamacare. Who will they sue for that?

    People buy houses they cannot afford, cars they cannot afford, so why is that different from a person buying an education they cannot afford. Did they bother to check out what the real demand for pastry chefs was before signing up for a huge debt? Was someone holding a gun on them forcing them to do it?

    One final question- how much is the lawyer "helping" these folks making on this deal? That might be the biggest rip off of all.
