    years ago I went to Australia. My dive partner and I went to the pub in the hotel. We had a couple of beers, paid the tab and left money on the bar. The woman bartender chased us as we went through the door. We thought, "jeez,what did we do?" She said; "you forgot your money." They don't tip there. They pay their employees a living wage.

    Why do we subsidize the restaurant or pub owner's pay to their employees?
