For me, Herbert never came clean on the I-15 deal and he never seems to stand alone on anything.

Integrity is important and those other two Governors knew the impact if they didn't have it in their future. Land and Real Estate developers don't necessarily know how to spell integrity nor understand what it really means. $13M and $85K isn't much for the Governor when he considers what his low bar of integrity is.

Having no Attorney General during his tenure, Shurtleff and now Swallow, has allowed him to do whatever he wants with our dollars we send to the Tax Commission.

Huntsman pretty much squandered his approval

Both Huntsman and Leavitt were self promoting slick politicians. The glowing image remains after the masses have forgotten the meagerness of their actual accomplishments.

Don't get me wrong, they are both smart guys and did good work- Leavitt as Secretary of HHS, and Huntsman as an excellent Ambassador. But, as governors they were in it for their own glory and ego and as a stepping stone. Gary Herbert is busy making things better for the state of Utah and his fellow citizens, and not looking for more power or prestige.

Both Huntsman and Leavit had substance and exhibited leadership when problems arose or scandals hit the fan.
