Was a geology survey done correctly on this highway? Just curious.

I've been on it quite a few times, and find some of it impressive, but what's the deal of making the commuter lane only 5 MPH over that of the highway? And one lane of it! That's dumb. It doesn't save anyone hardly any time.

The construction of this highway has been less than stellar. They have torn up multiple sections over and over and not got it correct. Now the wall that retains the local section of the road is split for several hundred feet. Maybe it is time to fire the contractor and get someone who does quality work to finish it. Oh, by the way, the express lane does not go clear to the freeway. It ends before that and there are 2 lights between the end and the freeway. It would have been much nicer had it gone clear to the freeway entrance so it was a true commuter lane. What a lost opportunity.

The same company that got it wrong the first time will get it right this time?
