It is time for Weber State to bring their best game to the Big Sky Tourney! Like O'bi Wan Kenobi they are our only hope--in this case, a team from the state of Utah to make the NCAA tourney as I doubt Utah will win the PAC 12 Tourney and the ole Agricultural College is not likely to win the WAC...but good luck to both teams. Congrats to the ole AC on making the MWC, but I agree with Troutman in that they will need better talent to compete with SDSU, UNLV, New Mexico, etc. Even if they do struggle, at least they are stepping up a level like the U of U and SUU instead of pulling a BYU and retreating to independence or a lower league.

Now back to the real story: the state of Utah's only hope. The Wildcats will need to eliminate the turnovers and maintain their intensity to win the Big Sky Tourney. I am sure the Big Sky's Beloved, Montana, will get every call they can...but they are coming off a 24 point beat down to Weber State and are probably running for toilet paper right now!

Randy Rahe, very good recruiter. When he was at USU with Stew Morrill he was the one pulling in our athletic players. USU has missed him since his departure to Ogden. Sometimes my Aggies whom I cherish, remind me of Looking at the Logan 19th Ward team. Come on USU recruiters get some talent and some athletic players. How is Randy doing it at Cream O' Weber? Next up for Randy to get the lack of Big Sky Conference tournament wins off his back is to start winning them. Beat the Grizz in Missoula this next weekend! And Stew take over recruiting from some of your recent assistant coaches. Why? They are not evaluating
talent very well! Granted the injury bug has been a nightmare from the Cache Valley Swamp of Trenton, Utah! Athletic players are the answer, if USU doesn't get them, they will be bottom place in the MWC next few years.
