Why does this article not have a picture of Johnson instead of Swallow? Swallow is not being charged.

Birds of a feather flock together. It is hard for one person to run a company that is chuck full of deceit and guile without having the other executives on board.

I'm sure it is hard for your families to hear that the bloated incomes came from fraud, but there are lots of crooks in the world getting the praise of man.

I have seen Jeremy's plane up close. It was one of the most beautiful planes I have ever seen. I have never seen what Jeremy's product was though. Generally people who make that kind of money have a product that is pretty visible. What was Jeremy's product? It doesn't exist.

Then he goes out and parades around like some philanthropist. Jeremy is a tremendous talker. I personally know people who love him. They have been entranced with his personality. Unfortunately, he is a manipulator. Even his comment that he will put a bullet through his head for his family and friends is just a manipulation of the public and those who feel family is important.

Jeremy needs to go to jail along with his cronies who didn't have the courage to pull the plug and speak up on his illegal and unethical operation.

This whole thing about Swallow is a distraction by Jeremy. Once again, he is a master manipulator whose actions have finally caught up with him.

The governor through UDOT can give $13M to a company and get $85K for a campaign relating to the other contractor and not be charged with anything. His Lieutenant Governor can have undue influence over a Democratic Department head in the state and not be scrutinized. The AG does have this case to deal with but his public relations person does all the speaking for him. Money is in all of these dealings. Money doesn't bring corruption to government, especially in Utah. Money has brought down governors, secretary of state and Congressmen in Illinois but not in Utah.

When high officials say in Utah that they won't help you because you don't bring them money doesn't seem right. I thought they were to represent people, the people.

If you all are not watching your CC and bank accounts like hawks these days, you better start.

At least 3 times per year I get charged for something I did not order or buy. Often scammers will first do it for small amounts to verify that the account is valid, then, when the charge is not disputed they will start charging larger monthly amounts.

There are all kinds of scams out there. If these guys were doing what they are charged with, they are reprehensible characters, and should have the book thrown at them all.

Swallow is in his own elected office and he won't put himself on administrative leave. He even has a spokesman in this position that can say what the AG would say without putting himself into a 5th amendment position.

86th charges are quite a few. It will take a long time to get those down to one or have them all go away. Now, that there are more people in the equation, one will talk to help tighten up the case on the others.

They supposedly took money from a lot of people. That is a lot of money.

Innocent until proven guilty. I am not yet willing to believe Johnson's accusers just because they say so. Frankly, in this crazy, wicked world in which we live today, I don't know who to trust anymore.

If he was only collecting the agreed upon $2.29 shipping fee, how did he accumulate a plane, helicopter, luxury cars and cash?

If the Government's case is so good, why were they trying to take Johnson's mother and other family members hostage to get a plea deal? I find that reprehensible and unprofessional, although it is all too common among Federal prosecutors.

Credibility of an accuser is very important.

It looks like Jeremy Johnson has no credibility.

Why are people still so hot on persecuting John Swallow when Swallow himself immediately asked the feds to do a full investigation of the allegations against him?

Nobody is above the law including Johnson

So far so good, but why isn't John Swallow on paid administrative leave like any school teacher or police officer would be?

    Nobody questions Harry Reid. Nobody.
