    Really? One hour's loss of sleep causes all that? Hard to believe! Seems it's probably more psychological than anything!

    The best way of eliminating the "harm" of Daylight Saving Time - is to eliminate Daylight Savings Time.

    I don’t want an extra hour at night: I want to exercise before work, while it is still cool, and I want to go to bed at decent hour in the evening.
