This looks like a golden opportunity for Alec Burks. Like I've said before, I see his skill set as a PG eventually more than comparable to Mo Williams. Go Alec!

The Jazz were prepared with three good point guards coming into the season. Now with Williams and Watson out, the Jazz have 35 year old Jamaal Tinsley who isn't suited for big minutes against young athletic PGs. Jamaal can run the offense but is a defensive liability. As for his back up? Ouch. I like Burks and have wanted more playing time for him. But the SG slot is full and Burks is yet to have the experience at the point needed to be effective there. I think he could be a PG eventually though.
