There should be no question of his right to all infromation and testing and how the prosecutor determined a crime was committed, its called full disclosure and its Constitution 101 rights.

The arrogance of prosecutors is astounding and incomprehensible and if they refuse to disclose all information right down to investigating officers note books the judge by all that is right, throw the case out of court and chastise the prosecutors of constitutional behavior.

I'd even go a step further and make sure that the prosecutors of government or citizens could never accuse the person of the same crime again. Police and prosecutors should never be allowed to bundle and accuse individuals more than one time for any crime and that all subsequent related charges called harassment and illegal.

Put a stop to bundling a crime as multiple crimes, one death, one crime. Stop them from making every gun shot or stab wound by a knife a individual crimes. Then we need to put a stop to the practice of making one crime a civil and/or criminals event and put an end to double jeopardy for the purpose of vengeance, harassment, and financial profiteering.
