Seems to me people on motorcycles don't crash into the back of a SUV unless that SUV pulls in front of the bike. This story makes it look like the motorcyclist is all to blame. People who pull in front of a moving vehicle going faster than they are when they pull into the faster vehicle lane, should be to blame. Part of driving a vehicle is to determine how fast the car or bike your going to pull in front of is going. But, oh I forgot we live in Utah and people just pull in and don't care. Silly me.

The point being, motorcyclists don't run into the back of cars all too often. Even if the motorcyclist was speeding, and if the SUV pulled into his lane going way slower, the SUV should be to blame. Either way if the above is true, both were breaking the law so who is to blame? I know who won the battle, but really people in cars need to pay attention instead of saying they did not see whatever, blind people don't see things, not licensed drivers.
