Good article. It would be great to hear a story about how someone did have their food storage and was able to help out others in an emergency like Hurricane Sandy. I did see some stories about businesses giving out food and people getting together to make food together. This storm will change people's lives. They do in some ways seem better off than the people in Hurricane Katrina. But then I was not there for either one so I can't even say how bad it is. Still praying for them.

barack promised to not leave the people affected by the storm. That lasted about an hour for an photo op and then back to the golf course and parties.

There is nothing that can make one feel more secure, than the caring and loving arms of politcians that surely have your best interest in mind. Not only that, but, government has never picked favorites or skim what they want from the top and give the rest to the peasants. Nope never ever has happened in the history of the world.

Which is why that system has been around for millions of years, because it is the most efficient and kind system in the world, right?

LOL! hope and change. Fundamentally change america alright. We went from democrats to dependocrats. Steal from those that work and give to those who won't do for themselves. Use a sad story about a family in a tight spot and the bleeding hearts are willing to give up their freedom and ability to choose their own destiny and trust rich powerful politicians to redistribute the wealth fairly.
