Hey, New York Times were still waiting for the name of that pick? Tick Tock Tick Tock! What a joke of an article. Hmm, the Romney campaign is tight lipped and no crowbar is busting open info! While the Administration can't even keep Top Secret secret!

Jeb Bush has repeatedly said he's not interested and has reportedly not even been vetted.

    Still.....

    Furry1993,

Let's see your tax returns. Did Obama pay taxes on the hundreds of millions he spent (of our money) for vacations? Hmm?

How did he pay for Harvard, and where's his grades? Let's give both Obama and Romney an identical IQ test and let's compare results. How about some debates where they make up the questions.

Obama can make statements, but do it to Mitts face in a debate. Explain why eighty percent of the stimulus was outsourced.

I think Romney should release his tax returns just about as quickly as Obama released his birth certificate!

    ----------------------------

You forget that President Obama released his official birth certificate, authenticated by officials of the State of Hawaii, during the campaign. It was uploaded for all to see.

Now if Mitt would just do the same with his tax returns . . .

Did Romney not pay taxes in prior years? If that is the case, he should set aside as the nominee.

Even if he has selected a VP why reveal it now? Give folks some reason to turn on the convention. Three days of speeches from the guys who didn't win isn't great TV.

The NYT has lowered itself to the level of the National Enquirer again. All this is is speculation, pure speculation. Rather than talk about relevant political stories like Obama lying about Mitt Romney's Bain Capital resume, they would rather divert attention to non-stories.

The more recent article published tonight from the NYT says the following

"From the beginning, Mitt Romney has said that his search for a vice-presidential candidate is a closely guarded secret, the details known only by him and Beth Myers, his longtime confidante spearheading the selection process. But on Monday, after a report in The New York Times that Mr. Romney’s friends believe that he has already reached a decision, his campaign pushed back, telling a group of reporters that nothing had been finalized."

    False alarm.

It's time to set up a series of debates. Let the candidates create the questions.

Give an identical IQ test for the public to examine, and compare. Would also be good to give standardized tests in American History, and economics. Give us something to study beside rhetoric.

Wouldn't it be odd if the Deseret News knew more than The New York Times about what The New York Times knew about itself. But if one were to believe the Deseret News headlines well, that what the Deseret News is publishing. The problem is that The New York Times doesn't seem to agree as there doesn't appear to be any mention of Romney having decided on a Vice Presidential pick. Check it out yourself.

That ship sailed long ago. The short form, the long form, are all out there for scrutiny.

Hope someone does not ask for mine. It is fairly short and says Certificate of Live Birth at the top. But, its the only one I have known.

The best person Mitt could chose as VP to improve his slim chances in November is......THE REAL MITT ROMNEY. The guy who existed before he caved to the right wing. The guy who started the work for national healthcare. The guy who didn't have extreme views on social issues. The guy that could have led from the middle, and maybe accomplished something.

If that guy still exists, he's Mitt's only shot in this race.

It's not fair to jump on Jindal based solely on where he comes from. That said, I would take Biden every day of the week over Spiro Agnew, Dan Quayle and ESPECIALLY the guy who ran his own private "bat cave" from the White House while wrecking the careers of CIA employees, ginning up the next war based on lies and coming down in favor of torture, Dick Cheney.

"Has the Democratic party sunk so low that they are still fighting for two men who doubled are National Debt"

    That's not even accurate.

", Offended several Americans in speeches including a war veteran confined to a wheel chair and Biden says "Stand up and take the applause" "

So a gaffe is a disqualifier?

"Outspokenly tried to cover up his own lies while trying to sooth the Russian Prime Minister over while still on an open mic."

What lie? He passed the new start treaty during a lame-duck session. Him saying that progress on deals like that will be easier after the election is an accurate assessment of history.

Outspokenly tried to cover up his own lies while trying to sooth the Russian Prime Minister over while still on an open mic. And now trolling with their democratic leaders among the corruption of democratic politics. C'mon Midwest Momma, you really need to think before you spew. Obama and Biden? Really?

    To non believer
The difference with Romney's tax returns and Obama's school records is, the people who matter at the IRS got to see the tax returns and verified they were filled out correctly. His release of 2 years of returns to the American Pulic was only to silence Obama and all the other nay sayers. As for Obama, no he is not required to release his school records. But when you promote his educational background as much as he does, then have so many questions about said education and how he really got it, it does not instill confidence in what he preaches!

@non believer, the administration is being hypocritical at best. Covering up Fast and Furious, along with BHO's refusal to open up about his college transcripts are just two cases where you "believers" are calling the kettle black. Clean up your own candidate before you scream about ours.
