By the way, the weekend moderator, or censor, would not allow my comment, even though it has the same content I guess that person doesn't know history, perhaps due to youth?

See....the average citizen has zero in common with those rich folk.
Mitt will not with the election, because nobody can connect to that robot.

I hope he blows all his money on the campaign...all for naught.

For several decades, going back to the anti-Communist scare in the 1950s, right wingers have decried secret meetings of wealthy and powerful insiders. Remember the fears about the Council on Foreign Relations and other groups? I have to wonder if the right wing has had their concerns abated, or is it ok when it comes to their guys?

“Like a rock concert” huh. Well there must have been long lines everywhere, over priced food and drinks, drunk and stoned crazy guys running around everywhere, ears must be ringing, they must have contact highs from the funny cigarettes being smoked everywhere. I wish these politicians would quit using comparisons to stuff they know nothing about.

If these so called politicians from both sides of the coin would get on the same page and do what is right for the people of this nation, things would be much better in this country. But foolish pride and greed trip these two parties up, they won’t do what is right for the people of the nation because they are so worried whether they are going to be re-elected next term instead of worrying about the right now. I’m glad there are two large political parties running against each other, but there should be more, way more large political parties so they can all keep each other in check. With two parties only two sides of the coin are heard when there should be more choice.

Mr. "Non-career politican who is not the establishment" at least in Mitt's mind, meeting with every important member of the Republican establishment!

At least these meeting of Republican minds should go by pretty quickly. Not much to talk about. Something like this: "Well, the way we see it, if we just do everything over again that George W. Bush and us Republicans did during the 2000's, we'll get back on track. Agreed? Agreed! Meeting adjourned."

I wonder why Sarah Palin was not invited?

I find it difficult to get excited about Romney.....or any politician any more. I see a significant difference between Romney and Obama, but I also did between Gore and Bush.

I now believe that politicians are all bad for America. I foresee more fighting and bickering, but little else taking place in Washington. The values and beliefs of the first American President have been completely abandoned by both parties. What happened when Dems were in control of Congress for 30 years? Out of control spending and acting like the US was their own personal bank. What happened when Repubs were in control? The same thing.

Neither side can look around and say, 'Here is a problem and here is how we can fix it. Lets work together on finding solutions.' Saying that would mean sharing credit and putting country first.

Both parties put the party ahead of the nation. Neither side can be trusted. The truism to always, always remember is 'The way to tell if a politician is lying by seeing if his/her lips are moving.'

May god bless this great counry, and save us from romney 2012. Unless there's going to be some sort of attack on Iran. If that's the case, make it rommeys legacy.

Thanks for a great article! It is exciting to see that Mitt Romney came back to Utah to gather his supporters. The campaign is gathering momentum.

May God bless this great country, and may more and more people see that America can truly be great again with a great principled leader. Romney 2012

A rock concert for republicans is putting in a VHS tape of a 40 year old Lawrence Welk show.

Strange, I don't recall similar stories when Mrs. Obama or Joe Biden were raising huge sums of money in Park City, and insinuated that all their supporters were evil "fat cat" rich people.

This is not a badly done story, but from what I recall of the accounts of the Democrat visits, it sure seems like this one has a different tone, one that tilts to the "class warfare" agenda being pushed by the Democrats.

But, only a cynic would suspect that many in the dead tree news media are Democrat sympathizers.

Rock concert my foot! What about Obama and schmoozing with the Hollywood elite? Same thing so who care's. I am more concerned with The Fast and Furious Scandal that looks like it is bigger then Watergate during Nixon.
