They call it a weapon in their arsenal! That really sounds good! What a bunch of garbage these people are dishing out. It sort of makes a person ashamed of living here! I am an American and that still means something to me. Sure, there are times when government needs to be changed but this is not the way to do it. Who do these people think they are! Do they actually fool people with this garbage! They want the power for themselves! That would be a nightmare! We are blessed so much by being Americans. Take a look at what we have had! Then ask yourselves if we should stand by and let these idiots do this! Do people know how to stand up in this state or do they just follow! Say the pledge of allegience. This is our country and we shouldn't let a bunch of bafoons do this.

Mr Ivory, of Ivory homes is the sponser of this bill. He cant wait to get his hands on our land and sell it back to us. "This land is federal land guys,Get it? Its not yours."This land is your land this land is my land. Keep your grubby hands off of it Utah Legislators.Whats next, you want to put a toll road on I-15, or I 80? Maybe Utah should secceed from the union, and move to the moon. Thats where their mind is. Newt could be your Govenor.

I think any legislator who votes in favor of this fight with the Fed. Gov't should have to pay out of their own pocket for its defense. I do not give them permission to use my money to defend this insanity. Let Sumison and Herbert pony up the money, as well as all the others who support this.

As soon as you put these lands in the hands of legislator's friends, it will get locked up and only the privileged will have access. As it is now, if a landowner has a piece of property that adjoins public land, he locks up the access roads to the lands beyond his own, so that he not only controls his land, but vast stretches of public land. Keep public land public!
