@UtahBruin "The 4A Championship is being played in the Semi's with Orem and Sky View having to face off".

Couldn't disagree more. Mountain Crest might be the best team in this classification. They are 12-1 with that loss being a 16-13 loss to Sky View. Sky View scored a touchdown on the last play to pull out the win. This is the same Mountain Crest team that took the 7 hour bus ride to St George to beat Dixie last week. Sky View/Orem should be good, but don't discount Mountain Crest. A stop on the last play of that game in late September and they'd be the undefeated team on the other side of the bracket playing Orem.

Hope it is an all Cache Valley Championship and they move this game to Maverick Stadium like they did in 1987.

Watched the 4th quarter of the Corner Canyon - Skyridge game. Congrats to Skyridge on an exciting win. Very questionable play calling the last 2-3 minutes for Corner Canyon when they were up 6 nearing field goal range. Why are you throwing the ball there?

No Parry Power Poll this week?

    Bingham 42, Herriman 10

Herriman lacks weapons and depth. Has Herriman improved since they played Bingham, given that they nearly beat East (at East), decided only in the final seconds of the game? -or- Is East not as mighty as most have thought, including the sports writers? Is Herriman being overlooked? Either way, I don't see a favorable outcome for Herriman as they face Bingham.

    Lone Peak 35, East 27

    Based on Key points:
    1. Bingham trounced East in their first meeting earlier in the year, holding their second half scoring to zero (0). Bingham knows what to do to shut down the running attack. East can move the football, but when defended properly, East has little else to put points on the board.

    2. Similarly, IMG held East to Zero (0) points in the second half of their night out, similar to the Bingham game.

    3. East was nearly handed their own hat on their own stage by Herriman. There are some questions to be answered there, and only time will tell.

    4. With a 9-2 record, Lone Peak arguably has one of the best defenses in the state, holding Bingham to just 28 points. Only one other team held Bingham under 30 points and that was Kahuku of Hawaii.

Herriman doesn't stand a chance, it will be much like it was earlier in the year. Herriman this year beat who they were suppose to in a very weak region aside from East. Don't care what the score was in the East game. And they lost who they were suppose to lose to the way they were suppose too. They have had an incredibly easy road in the playoffs so far. Getting Fremont, and PG.

    Bingham Rolls 47 - 13

East 34 - Lone Peak 27 - I just don't know. I want the rematch with both teams and Bingham. I just don't know if LP can hang with the East pounding on every play. But LP has the ability to spread the offense and both pass and run effectively in both options. Pulling for LP in this one, but I think East gets it.

    Corner Canyon 44 - Skyridge 38

    Lehi 31 - Springville 18, just a hunch.

    4A
Orem 24 - Sky View 23, No Dixie. The 4A Championship is being played in the Semi's with Orem and Sky View having to face off. Taking the underdog, more because of who I am rooting for in this one.

    Mountain Crest 38 - Stansbury 14

    Juan Diego 48 Morgan 17

    2A
    Beaver 17 South Summit 14
