    Well, hindsight being 20-20 signing Greg was a huge mistake, especially after he got lazy and out of shape, but had a giant contract---one that strapped the Jazz because no other team would buy it out so the Jazz could move on to better success. Ask Malone what he thought about it, but stand back a little for his reply.

    As a person, Greg was a good guy and helped a lot in ways others never would.

    Ostertag was not much of offensive threat and a thug or bulky in his own key.

    However the Jazz missed the boat after he retired, as Greg is a monster behind the mike. He makes Utahs current announcers seem like boring funeral directors. He was a monster on the court and behind the mike he is collasal, sorry Matt but listening is kind of watching a parking meter violate.

    Harpring is one sided and jaded against any team doing well except the Jazz, which after a few minutes grates on you. The Jazz can do better for announcers than Harpring and Ostertag just happens to be one of them.
