Counting “unstamped” ballots certainly opens the doors to fraud. The playing field has been very uneven already, with the “yes” vote advertising greatly swamping the “no” vote.

Erdogan is following a classic dictator path, imprisoning opponents and suppressing dissent. And the electoral board is in his pocket.

A simple question can be asked - Is the percentage of yes votes among the “unstamped” ballots close to the percentage of yes votes among the regular ballots?

But don't expect to ever get the answer. It will be suppressed, because it would show that the ballot box was stuffed with “unstamped” yes votes.
