"He's not leaving for the NBA after this season.

    LOL!

    Are you kidding?"

How old are you? My insight comes straight from program insiders.

    Yep.

byu fans dont know how lucky they are that we dropped you from the schedule.

    Though your record wouldn't change.

You lost to USC, you would've lost to Utah.

    @talkinsports......."Don't kid yourself.
In early December, when the game was supposed to be played, before BYU lost Kyle Davis, and before Collette and Barefield joined Utah, BYU would have destroyed U in the Marriott Center."

LOL, we seen in early December what would have happened. Cougies lose to UVU at home and just days later Utah takes care of UVU at home. So clearly your cougies wouldn't have "destroyed U in the Marriott center". Utah and coach K would have yet another W against the cougies and the all mighty lone peak all stars.

    talkintrash:

Sure. Yet BYU couldn't 'destroy' UVU on Nov. 26 in the MC. You know, the same UVU team that lost to Utah ten days later, in early December.

Some coog fans still live on Fantasy Island.

Unless the Utes beat Oregon Thursday night, that soft as milquetoast pre-conference schedule could come back to haunt them on selection Sunday.

re: "Congrats to the Utes on sweeping the easiest road trip of the season. Washington and WSU are both pathetic."

T red: "That's why Utah blew them both out."

So, it was the easiest road trip of the season and U did blow out a couple of pathetic teams...

    so what's your problem?

    at long last:

What struck me is how certain BYU fans have suddenly dropped the comparative RPI/Sagarin smack talk.

    -------

Another thing that's disappeared, their ridiculous smack that byu-p would've destroyed Utah in Provo this year.

    LOL!

Still dining out on your world beating win at Pacific?

DD's absolutely superb to watch....Enjoy him while it lasts, because he won't be around for very long....He'll be off to The Association after another year, if not sooner....A superstar in the making!

He's not leaving for the NBA after this season.

    LOL!

It's laughable how much whining chili con carne's statement generated, yet, not one of U provided a scintilla of proof that his statement isn't accurate.

    "Pathetic is Pacific... y'think?"

    Pacific RPI #196
    Washington RPI #178

    Not much different... y'think?

Of course, when it comes to pathetic, it doesn't get much more pathetic than Northwest Nazarene and Concordia, who are so pathetic that they don't even have an RPI ranking.

    at long last:

What struck me is how certain BYU fans have suddenly dropped the comparative RPI/Sagarin smack talk. (For obvious reasons, i.e., the Y's 99/76 vs. Utah's 62/42). Instead, they are now focused on calling Pac12 teams "pathetic" (as if 170/187 Wazzu and 188/154 UW are worse that 245/298 Pepperdine and 206/235 Pacific). And they keep telling us Coach K was scared. (Of what?)

Kind'a funny to see such envy and angst.

Buy fan who completely believes in Utah basketball right now. Bonham can get to the rim anytime he likes, the freshman Daniels is ridiculously good, and Kuzman has Carmelo Anthony's body.

AND they guard. They play defense. It's a beautiful thing. Kudos to Coach K for teaching these guys to play as a team.

I think this is the best team he's had at Utah.

chili con tofu - I could barely read your comment as it was just immersed in sincerity. The Washington teams are not pathetic - just not very good compared to others in the PAC 12. Pathetic is Pacific and San Diego, y'think?

    A great TEAM victory!

    Another road win!

UTES playing unselfish basketball on both ends!

Congrats to Coach K for getting the most out his players, especially when their leading scorer is out!

Did Washington get called for a goal tending towards the end of the half? (hands in the net). The Utes had 50 points at that point and the two points from the goal tending never got recorded. Did I miss something?
