Sen. Cruz is a brilliant debater and he destroyed Sen. Franken's embarrassing, fake news interrogation of Sen. Sessions. It is worth watching. We don't know if Sessions will be fair and lawful, but he couldn't be worse than Loretta Lynch and especially Eric Holder. They were little more than political lap dogs.

    That's good to know,
because based on what's being reported right now,
that might very well be his very 1st task to do....

Sessions took on democratic governor George Wallace who was the governor who vowed to stop the Selma march and voting rights movement.

Sessions, although young, young fought him. He went on to be the Attorney General of Alabama. While a U.S. Attorney, he tried and convicted Henry Francis Hays, son of Klan leader Bennie Hays, for abducting and killing Michael Donald, a black teenager selected at random. He sought and won the death penalty for Hays. He also fought for desegregation, and filed numerous voting rights cases. Finally, he filed and won a $7 million suit against the Klan and effectively broke their back in that state.

    He will enforce our laws.
