    Looks equality doesn't exist either.

    Attractive people get more jobs with higher pay.

    @Contrarius.
    Appreciate your comment. You and I will have to disagree about the comments being sexist. I don't know if was sexist or not, because I don't know what was going through Giuliani's mind when he said it. But, I'll agree with you that it is not as simple as someone in the media wants to make it. If you take out everything out of the quote except the man-woman comparison, it makes for sensational headline (but not really accurate).

    Under the new gender identity laws, women can become men whenever they want. Problem solved. Those bold lines that became blurry a few years ago have dissolved completely.

    @Vermonter --

    "Giuliani did not make that sexist comment."

    Actually, he did. His exact words were "Don't you think a man who has this kind of economic genius is a lot better for the United States than a woman".

    But I agree that the remark is somewhat out of context, further complicated by awkward phrasing.

    The complete quote is "Don't you think a man who has this kind of economic genius is a lot better for the United States than a woman, and the only thing she's ever produced is a lot of work for the FBI checking out her emails?"

    What he really meant was probably more like "Don't you think a man who has this kind of economic genius is a lot better for the United States than a woman who has never produced anything except for a lot of work for the FBI checking out her emails?"

    I'm skeptical about this "economic genius" claim. Does it take genius to lose $900 million?

    What cracked me up even more, though, was his claim that everybody cheats -- implying that Hillary must therefore cheat also.

    He said: "Well, everybody does. And I'm Roman Catholic, and I confess those things to my priest," he said.

    @LDS Liberal.
    Your Giuliani quote is taken out of context. Giuliani did not make that sexist comment. If you care to, look on line to see the full quote.

    What is complex about gender equality? We have it, and in fact women benefit more from society than men do.

    Rate of suicide, men are more apt.
    Rate of higher education, women receive degrees more often than men.
    Rate of death on the job, men are more likely to die on the job.
    Rates of court sentencing, men are more likely to be judged harshly for their crimes, women usually get a slap on the wrist.
    Rates at which fathers are awarded custody over the children, is abysmal.

    Women have it pretty equally in our society, in fact they seem to be more equal than men in plenty of respects.

    Having Hillary win this election won't signify equality, all it will signal is a bunch of people vote on identity politics, and not for the substance of a leader.

    Trump and his campaign have TRASHED women.

    Even Gulianai said yesterday that Trump would be better "than a woman" --
    not "that" woman, but "THAN a woman".

    There will never be equality, because no two people are alike.

    People are what they make of themselves, and the result of their decision making.

    @Hope & Faith give us strength: "2015 - 5 lawyers ruled the majority vote of diverse peoples around the nation into submission."

    First, something like 50 courts in multiple states and districts ruled in favor, and the majority of the justices on the Supreme Court agreed.

    This is not one bit different than '67 when SCOTUS overruled the will of the people in Loving.

    Second, Obergefell has absolutely zero impact on anyone who is not LGB - it does not remove any rights from any straight person or have any affect on hetero marriages. The only thing that happened is a minority group of citizens and their families obtained the same civil rights as their neighbors - which seems to have outraged some of those neighbors.

    It is time for a woman as president and for a Supreme Court with 9 female justices.

    Trump gives license to some of our worst. The worst of our history, the worst of our human nature. Maybe he's a symptom sometimes, but he's not benign. He's also a cause.

    2015 - 5 lawyers ruled the majority vote of diverse peoples around the nation into submission.
    2015 - 4 judges dissented, branding their very own court a "threat to American democracy".
    2015 - 4 judges didn't cite Christianity, but secular reason and established legal precedent.

    As of that year, the government I was raised with fell. What remains is a trough of power grabs by people who are openly slanderous. The very same profess to uphold Utah values in order to win our hearts over. But their policies and certainly their fruits reveal anti-religion is their works. Today, we have literal proof that "traitors and tyrants" are at the helm of a nation once governed by honesty, virtue, civility, and integrity.

    "We warn that the disintegration of the family will bring upon individuals, communities, and nations the calamities foretold by ancient and modern prophets."

    1 year later, I look back to those who mocked this prophecy.
    1 year later, I am preparing my food storage and trying to prepare my soul.
    1 year later, calamity sits at our doorstep.

    My vote was and remains pro-family, not the flattering trends of popularity.

    The two genders do not consist of "men" and "victims"
    Rhetoric to that end merely proves how manipulative and passive/aggressive feminisogynists are.

    I do not like Trump, but I prefer obnoxious over corrupt.
