Mark B.Let me simplify this for you. With this deal, Iran will get a
lot more money than they currently have, and we know that. As the largest state
sponser of terrorism, where do you think a lot of that extra money (even if was
already theirs, but restricted) is going to go?It's like
releasing a criminal from prison (you see, the freedom was his to begin with but
was restricted because of previous arrangements). You may say "but we have a
system to check and make sure they don't develop nuclear weapons".
That's like having parole on this released criminal with strict guidelines.
However, this deal's method of verification would be like saying the parole
officer would call the criminal to schedule an appointment for next Tuesday at
10:00 to make sure he's not breaking parole. And some of our
allies may be going along with it, but I know one of our allies is not: Israel.
Don't you think Israel and the countries nearest Iran would have the best
idea about whether this is a good idea?
One has to ask, what benefits were promised to these folks to get them to change
to R.C. There is no funding of terrorists in this agreement. All the money
going to Iran is already theirs, but has been restricted under the
pre-negotiations arrangement we are still under. And could we keep in mind that
the negotiations did not just involve the US, but also included our closest
allies? Yo me the joke is in thinking that Donald Trump could take the world
FURTHER from war anstead of closer.
I still don't understand why they want to fund terrorists (oops, I mean
radical Islamists) who chant "Death to America". Plus their
"guarantee" that Iran cannot develop nuclear weapons with this deal is a
huge joke. Does anybody seriously believe this stuff?
