    Gary O says:

"Racist Right Wing Extremists KILL people"

    The DesNews says:

"Overly speculative comments or comments containing information not included in the story are generally rejected, especially in cases of crime or tragedy."

You mean other than Gary O's litany of comments over the last few days that are overly speculative by blaming people who don't share his ideology.?

"Racist Right Wing Extremists KILL people." And mentally people or left wing extremists never kill people?
Undocumented bias will not help the issue. As long as politics mean more than solutions, things are unlikely to change.

    Hey 4601 -

"Don't use this tragedy to politicize the issue"

But it's ALREADY a clearly political issue.

Racist Right Wing Extremists KILL people.

    That's the issue.

And that of course brings up the question . . .

What are WE going to do about it?

    Hey Worf -

    "We're a nation of fools."

Half the nation maybe . . . You can't speak for Democrats.

    @LOU Montana,

Sorry! But blaming Democrats, Republicans, or Fox news, isn't cutting it.

Both parties share the responsibility of our nation.

IMO. We wouldn't have welfare, a national debt, and the world would be a safer place, if we had honest leadership. America would lead the way.

    Hey Worf -

"More people die from alcohol than guns."

Guns don't kill people . . . Right Wing Extremists Kill People.

People, who listen to racist lies on the radio and who seek them out on the web, kill other people.

    What's more likely?

Does the shooter identify as a Conservative or a Liberal?
    . . . A Democrat or a Republican?

Would he vote for Hillary? . . . Or Romney?

    What's your guess?

worf, Mcallen, TX; Republicans and the Brady Bill has done more to remove gun rights than anyone.

    Gun control:

    * politicians & family have armed body guards. lead by example and disarm them.
    * quit giving and selling weapons to cartels, and other countries.
    * when protesters burn buildings, disarm the cops and just have them stand there?

Why support politicians who placed an eighteen trillion dollar debt on the American people, armed the world, regulated our weak economy, released thousands of convicted prisoners, opened our borders, and strives to control education, healthcare, local police departments, etc.

This isn't Fox news. Not just Republicans or Democrats. We've been tricked.

    We're a nation of fools.

Don't use this tragedy to politicize the issue. How about hard truths concerning gun violence in south Chicago, Memphis, Baltimore and many other US cities?

Shameless Hillary trying to score political points and advance her candidacy from this tragedy. Show some class, Hillary, for once in your life!

"What is motivating that?" What motivates FOX News and their daily campaign of hate for anyone that does not agree with them? What motivates Conservatives to preach Christianity and then turn and hate anyone that does not agree with them? I just don't get it!

This was a hat crime. Not one person at the shooting said one thing about gun control.

More people die from alcohol than guns. Yeah, more people die from cigarettes than guns, too. And heart disease arising from the dietary choices we rail against the first lady for pointing out. But that doesn't give gun culture a free pass until we fix all the other problems of society. In the context of what's happened in the rest of the developed world, we've failed this one miserably. We don't get to ignore gun violence deaths until all other preventable forms of death are eliminated. It's OK to take this on now.

More people die from alcohol than guns.

Now, there's a hard truth. Do our political leaders drink?

    Does Hillary understand 'hard truths'?

Were you really fired on in Bosnia? Was your daughter jogging around the trade center on 9/11, or you were named after a mountain climber?

Does the United States supply guns to other countries?
