    I think it is shameful they are dropping the charges. They know this is an unconstitutional law and rather then prosecute and face the I fact that it is not constitutional and see it struck down they drop the charges so they can keep it on the books to intimidate.

    Prosecutor won't do the same in Idaho. You would be safer to criticize Mohammed than Idaho farmers.

    Good. This law is shameful. Especially in a state that claims (note I said CLAIMS) to revere the Constitution. This law is a clear violation of the First Amendment.

    Can you imagine the uproar if a law trying to limit the Second Amendment were passed here?

    Once again we see the hypocrisy of those who make our laws.
