    Right, because as we all know people who smoke dope never get drunk and drive, the two activities aren't compounding they are mutually exclusive.

    Too bad he and many like him hdon't have option of smoking one or two joints instead.

    Let adults have less dangerous options and encourage them.

    He's right. His words are absolutely meaningless. I'm so tired of public figures reciting the hollow phrase "I take full responsibility for my actions." It literally means nothing. Show us by your future actions that you take responsibility for those in the past.

    The bigger issue, though, is society's idolizing people who are spectacularly good at one, though ultimately pointless, activity. Phelps is an amazing athlete. He is not a hero.
