I vote for "resist we much" Sharpton or Elmer Fudd......both of which would be more honest and capable than Holder!

Of course! The Dear Leader wants to ram through his radical liberal appointment in before he loses his majority in the Senate.

Barack is tring to get a new AG pushed through who will be another loyal conformist like Holder - someone that will keep the lid on all the scandal. Barack knows all too well he needs to get this done now in case the GOP wins the senate and then appoints a special prosecuter once Harry Reid is out of the way to open the lid on the IRS scandal which would be most likely send Holder to prison and shine the light on Barack himself. This corrupt administration is just a bunch of poltical Chicago thugs that protect themselves. Al Sharpton is helping in the search for Holders replacement. You can't make this stuff up.

The sooner the better. Holder has been less than impartial in making his opinions known in numerous cases. He has repeatedly shown disregard for the Constitution through his own personal interpretation which is not within his responsibility. The problem is Obama will not choose someone who is much different.
