    Living within your means.
    Saving for a rainy day.
    Not paying outrageous overdraft fees.
    Thinking twice before going into debt for frivilous things.
    Not running up a huge credit card bill.

    Gee. Those things used to be called "common sense". Now they seem to be something new.

    The truth is, while technically the recession ended a while ago, too many people feel like we are still in one. The Obama "recovery" if you can call it that, is anemic at best.

    "hoarding more cash". Is that an euphemism for "saving"?
