    AG Holder has quietly built up a sizable and impressive list of large company "settlements" all with huge huge penalty payments. I don't agree with some of his choices and Obama's choices to no prosecute some drug offenses, but their ability to nail down corporate bad guys is really strong.

    This is a huge fine for the private sector that can do no wrong. Maybe big government is not only institution subject to criticism.

    $7 billion is a huge amount of money. If they are willing to pay this amount in a settlement it makes me wonder how much their real loss would be if we went forward.
