So...basically a puff piece from the IRS. How about we overhaul the tax system and either significantly reduce or eliminate the IRS?

@ Srewdriver. You mean liberal groups using charitable fronts to keep from having to disclose their donors to Democrats and tax avoidance like Planned Parenthood, all unions, Media matters, the NAACP and dozens of others don't you? How come they are NEVER targeted by the IRS? Come on man, at least be honest! Enough lies defending the IRS which has ADMITTED it targeted conservatives. You are defending corruption and therefore aiding and abetting it!

Conservative groups WERE in fact using charitable fronts to keep from having to disclose who their donors were and tax avoidance and then using the money for primarily political purposes. That's against the law.

The IRS actually targeted MORE "liberal" groups than "Tea-party" groups. But none of that will stop you from hating. Your misery is punishment enough for believing propaganda.

What we really need is accountability from the IRS and all other government agencies which we have not had, period! The servants have become our masters!

How about the right to not have the IRS used as a weapon against those who disagree with Obama?

We don't need a bunch of pious platitudes from these public servants.

Instead, we just need them to follow the law, and collect the taxes honestly and fairly.

That will be a major change from their current practice of being the "enforcers" for Obama's political goals. Like inventing ways to cripple opposition groups, or pass their supposedly confidential tax information to the FBI for investigation when there is no suggestion of any wrong doing.

Instead of a "Bill of rights" we need to see criminal charges against senior IRS officials (like Lois Lerner) who have been breaking current laws under color of authority.
