    A great story. I see it everyday in many students seeking a better life. I also see students who have already given up and who are only putting in the time. Pretty frustrating to try and work with them but like the students at Urban Prep we try to tell them to never give up, never surrender. And help them.

    This is the kind of program we need much more of. These people had a hand to grab onto and PULL themselves up. Pull, they did. My heart goes out to them as their stories of overcoming opposition affirms our belief in the indomitable human spirit. What you can believe, you can achieve. Congratulations and THANK YOU for being wonderful examples of courage and perseverance amid personal tragedy.
