    So does the "driving and dialing" law also prohibit the police from working on their laptops while driving? My kids and I see this all the time. We will be driving and look over and see a police officer typing on his laptop while driving.

    Would be nice if they looked at tackling the way Utahns misuse the HOV and "fast" lanes on the freeway. If people are passing you on the right, no matter how fast you are going, and no matter how many people are in your vehicle, you're in the wrong lane, you are impeding traffic.

    It never occurred to me that voting in a Primary election could allow my private informaton to be legally shared. I would say "I'm glad I live in Texas!", but it probably is legal here, too. What an unbelievable intrusion this is on our right to vote.
