    With oil trading at about that price today, all we can hope is that oil prices rise to make this oil economical to extract. Good luck with that.

    Price of solar and wind? They continue to fall with record production growth in the past five years. Texas is getting 10 percent of its electricity from wind. No oil spills. No nuclear radiation. No massive government clean ups. And electric vehicles continue to sell, with Tesla outselling many gas-powered high-end cars makes in California. It will be interesting to see where our transportation system will be by the end of the decade.
