    This is a regular practice. Why hire full time when you can cut costs? Why have an all-year enrollment, when you can cut costs? Why pay for a surgery you're technically supposed to... when you can cut costs?

    I'm all for capitalism, but it only works when we as a people will only support reputable business practices. If we tolerate a weed, it will grow. In a world full of weeds everywhere, one has to be careful these days.

    I wonder if Idaho even got 1,600 to sign up. The good news is that these folks can become artists, start new companies or read bedtime stories to their kids. Barry's care is terrific.
