So republicans were given control of the house three years ago at what point do they need to stop blaming the old house and take some resonsability to work with the senate and the president to fix the problems we hired them to fix? If democrates can't keep blaming bush forever then at some point replicans in the house have to stop blaming the old house members and step up and do their jobs.

It's really too bad we aren't able to have last November's election this November instead. There is absolutely no doubt the results would be much different. There are now enough low-information voters who have finally had their eyes opened just enough to finally understand what is going on. And they certainly don't like it.

It's too bad there aren't mullegans in elections the way there is in golf. Unfortunately, we now have to live with what we've got.

The ACA is Obama's fault because he is the POTUS and his party passed this law on a partisan vote. They own it and that is an abject fact. The POTUS has no authority to unilaterally change or ignore a law. He has done this repeatedly. The congress you denigrate has been trying, for the past two years, to fix this terrible law which taxes the middle class and takes over a sixth of the economy. The POTUS and his party have blocked their attempts at every turn by either not voting on those fixes or characterizing those who supported the fix as extreme, uninformed, or partisan. THE ONLY FIX FOR THIS AWFUL LAW IS DEFUNDING AND REPEAL. You can't fix stupid, and this law is just that. Go back to your handlers and tell them their talking points aren't working anymore.

I know I love this country and it's people. But as I once again read something about how bad of a President Obama is, I just have a hard time feeling as much love for a country that could twice elect such an egotistical, self centered, inexperienced, left winger, of a President. Rush Limbaugh was the smartest person in the country when he was asked what he wanted for President Obama. "I hope he fails". I sure wish Obama had failed with this ACA getting passed, and more than ever he should have failed to be re-elected. Trouble is, are the American people still so "low information" that even after this, they might still go ahead and elect a Democrat President in 2016, and return Democrats in majority to the Congress? If so, I can only conclude that this once great country, once a beacon of freedom and greatness and hope, is gone for good.

What's crazy, is some are still blaming George Bush.

This is on me---Barack Obama two weeks ago

Obamacare is not about health care,---but control care. I Barry he read, or wrote it.

You try throw an intellectual jab at those opposed to Obamacrare. But yet we can see through it. And that all you're really doing is employing straw men that fish for red herrings. How does that work?

Now he wants to delay it........what a stiff!

The only reason Obama wants to delay it now is because his poll numbers are tanking and he has to do something to top the bleeding...

Ted Cruz and Mike Lee have been fully vindicated and look like the smartest men in the room, while Obama and the Libs are now the clowns.....

But to those of us on the right.....we have known this all along!

delay, delay, delay... How bout just abort this awful piece of insolent rubbish? There is not one fraction of an iota good about this law and it needs to be aborted in full... the ones who say it is good have been blinded and will never be convinced of how damning of a piece of legislation this piece of work ever was and ever will be. An American should NEVER be forced to hand over dollars in penalty that isn't a justifiable tax... Yet... Thanks to the less than intelligent blinded bats of 2008 it is what we get to face until some court over turns and negates it.

We used to have three branches of government. We used to have separation of powers.
Obama and Harry Reid have exposed a major flaw in the constitution: If the President and a majority of the Senate conspire together, the House can do nothing. They can impeach but the Senate will not convict. In this way Obama can violate the constitution with impunity and the house can do nothing.

We must have a constitutional convention to fix this flaw and remove those who currently abuse it.

Just hope people can see through this ploy of delaying obamacare. But then as we know there are way to many un informed voters who will vote the way they always do. The high premiums, keep your doctor, etc will still be an issue after the elections. The real problem is those democratic senators and congressmen who voted for obamacare in the first place. they need to still be held accountable

No problem here. He did not like the black and white language if the law (no that is NOT a "racist" term) so he just decided to do stuff other than what the law says. No asking Congress to change the laws (although much maligned Ted Cruz and Mike Lee were asking for delays), King Obama just decrees it, and it is so.

What if he declares that the income tax rate is not high enough for those who pay taxes, and decrees it will be doubled for 2013 tax filings? He has no authority to do that either, but if he can get away with changing the details of Obamacare, then he can get away with changing any other law on the books. Taxes, amnesty, prison terms, free speech, the draft, abortion, anything at all that is a federal law.

This is yet another dangerous act by a President who is destroying our country, willfully, or inadvertently, but unquestionably destroying it. Is he a domestic enemy yet?

This is way beyond funny by now, although it is like watching a football game where the other team has the ball but they keep shooting themselves in the foot with false-start penalties so even though you don't own the ball, it is moving in the right direction.

What makes the President think it will be any more palatable later than it is now, just because there are IT glitches? This whole strategy just might boomerang on the democrats. Then again, maybe it will be like getting a budget in place-----just keep kicking the can down the road and eventually it won't be implemented at all. (One can only hope.)

You look at this photo of all of Barack's smirking lieutenants and other "child props" and you have to wonder how many at that moment smelled this rotten egg of a bill and just refused to breath through their nose and smile instead. I think every one of these Democrat quasi-Communist buddies of Barack knew what lay ahead for the country and all the insurance cancellations+rate increases+job losses etc... that would be forth coming and like their boss they arrogantly couldn't care less. There is a phrase that will live in infamy for the ages and that is "if you like your insurance you can keep it". That lie of lies tattooed across Barack's forehead will be forever his legacy...even after this hideous bill finally dies and is repealed. Even all of Joe Biden's joker juice won't put smiles back on the faces of Barack's lieutenants.

another "delay the pain" announcement from our great campaigner and chief. Yes small business gets a year to scramble and figure out how many people they need to layoff and how much product they need to shed so they can absorb and "enjoy" the unfordable care act. If Barack actually told the truth then if you liked your old insurance you just keep it and people who work for small business wouldn't have to worry but we had the audacity to actually believe Barack - our bad.

I see Barack was out in San Francisco telling everyone that people WILL like Obamacare - sort of like my favorite Pirates of the Caribbean T-shirt which says "The beatings will continue until the moral improves".

So King Obama is still willy nilly changing the "law of the land" by executive fiat. This is the kind of chaos created when one tries to impose social engineering, socialism, and income re-distribution on the citizens.

Sure glad we live in a free country.

Because if I don't do this they will get booted out of office for forcing this mess on America! Fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice, shame on us! Did Obama announce his legal authority to do this without Congress? Or is he being a dictator again?

And since you don't get a subsidy without being in the exchanges, doesn't this mean that no one from the small businesses will get a subsidy?

And how nakedly political can he get--delay until after the 2014 election! Right, as if we can't see the politics behind this and an attempt to protect those arrogant Democrats from facing the music.

Still, glad to know that now we know that Obama doesn't expect the website to work for a full year. Great job, Barry.
