There is no mention of Sen Lee's participation or reaction to the resolution of the "crisis". What was the whole point of it all? What did the GOP get for the torture they put the country through? The 2012 elections were a mandate from the Majority of the American Voters that they want Obama care. The GOP claims it hates government waste, yet, look at the huge amount of money wasted of this and the other 39 past failed votes to change or eliminate the AFCA. I guess those dollars are not that important to conservatives. When the tide turns someday, perhaps the GOP will be understanding when the minority demos hold the nation hostage until there is a big increase in the taxes for the rich.

This debacle is an example of the GOP trying to govern from the fringe rather than from the majority opinion (center) of the nation. Indeed; this will be remembered in the 2014 elections everywhere. I was surprised that there was not a mention of Sen Lee of the Beehive state. He was vocal when opposing the AHCA and whenever the media was present, but I haven't seen much of him in the last 24 hours.
