    Proof Lew is ignorant of the constitutional requirement that the full faith and credit of the government be maintained – either that or he choses to ignore it and wants to inflict as much damage from the shut-down as possible.

    Since he is a dem and we know dems never let a good crisis go to waste, it is probably the latter.
