This is why we shouldn't trust the government to take care of our children. Because it is blatantly obvious that they don't care about them, at all.

The girl is dead. How did she testify in that condition in order for the judge to come to the conclusion that she was more mature than her age. SO WHAT if she was! She was still under age and this man was obviously less mature than his age! So if a girl wears a short skirt and tight top, would this judge say she deserved to be raped!? No difference with the age. . . even if she was more mature beyond her age, it doesn't mean she deserved to be raped. If she had come on to the teacher, which we don't know he was still a grown man and should have been able to walk away from a 14 year old. I have worked in a high school as an Aide. A male teacher was having a problem with a freshman girl who obviously had a crush on him. . . he asked me to stay in the room till she left so she couldn't approach him. He showed me all her letters she gave him. He showed them to the Principal and asked for her to be removed from his class. IT WAS NOT DONE.
