U-tah, I agree that failure to warn should be a pointless argument to try and
make in this case, but whether the NCAA had done enough to prevent injuries
based on the knowledge available to them is the real question here.
This is crazy. Whey you play football you know that there are risks
associated....thus, the protective equipment. I am not aware of one person who
needed to be told that there are potentials for head or other bodily injury in
football. Get a real job and quit trying to milk the system dry.
