The King has no clothes. He is the ultimate Wizard of OZ. Empty words. Empty suit. 10 times worse than Jimmy Carter.

Obama says the buck stops with him? I about laughed out loud when I read he said that.

The guy couldn't spell "responsibility" if you spotted him the r-e-s-p-o-n-s-i-b-i-l-i-t__.

You'd have to be blind to think he really means it.

The buck stopped with Obama to pay for Air Force One gas.

How else could he pay for vacations?

"So what's the GOP's solution to fix the economy?"

You won't find out listening to Obama's speeches or watching NBC News.

Since you were the first one to defend Obama, let me ask you. Just how much money can we continue to borrow before the breaking point? Projections now are that we are looking at 20 trillion dollars debt by 2017. Is that a problem to you? Is that a problem to the country? If you have the answer and it is not a problem then let us all in on the secret. As patriot pointed out, Obama has added about 7 trillion to the debt in little over 5 years on office and he hasn't even created the illusion of a good economy. And by the way, this is not the worst economy since the great depression. That economy had about 25% unemployment. This is more like the Carter recession, and it only took Reagan about 3 years to clear that one up. And Reagan only added about 200 Billion to the debt to do it.

The buck stops with me? HA!!! George Bush left office and the national debt was 9 trillion and now it is 17 trillion. The buck is on a train with no brakes with Barack!!

Obama has insulted Harry Truman. Obama has insulted our intelligence. In the same article where he told us that "The buck stops with me", he blamed the Republicans.

When Obama says it, his "buck" is worthless.

I know the buck. He's 1 ½ years old and is noticing the does in the pasture around his pen. He has started his personal fall perfuming rituals. He's a Nubian Goat.

    And he really * stinks*

Is there no end to the drip of rose colored citizens that aspire to the fairy land of Socialism without any consequences for freedom and liberty? It's the 'Christian' socialists I have greatest contempt. They think that if their neighbor is a drug dealer, gay, porn addict, abusive, peddles violence, lives with five different people, watches tv all day, or is a thief in his/her off hours will not affect the neighborhood. No, we just need to create another government program to 'discuss' why society is so intolerant of them.

So what's the GOP's solution to fix the economy?

Cut government jobs (like the sequester) and give even more tax cuts to those already making record profits?

    Ummmmmmmm... Hello?

President Obama has made broadstroke "the buck stops with me" comments throughout his entire presidency, but every time something specific is raised, it's always the Republicans' and Tea Partiers' fault. I saw him take personal responsibility for something specific on only one occasion - when he told a Hispanic TV station that his big failure was not explaining himself well enough to the American people. He had to find a politically advantageous way to say "the American people are too stupid to grasp my brilliance."

typical that BO makes a general statement about the bucj stopping with him, then when he gets more specific, it's all the other guys' fault.

Well, after more than **four years** in office, it's about time he picked up the "buck".

Of course, he said it in the middle of a talk that placed the blame for all sorts of problems on various Republicans, Rush Limbaugh, the "usual culprits" (as in, "vast right-wing conspiracy"), etc., etc.

For someone who uses first person pronouns like, "I", "Me", "My", etc., more than any other president I've **ever** heard or heard of, his idea of buck-stopping sounds ridiculously duplicitous.

Very much like that of Hillary Clinton when she infamously stated, "I take responsibility", for the tragic Benghazi debacle. A **month** after the event. Her "responsibility" then quickly shriveled when she was finally brought to answer a few quivering questions about what happened and why/how. To which she responded with the even more infamously indignant response, "What difference does it make!!?"

Like Hillary, I suspect Obama will only accept the responsibility implied with buck-stopping when he's about to traipse out the door of his office, and only in the same rhetorical sense.

The buck does stop with the President, even when it has a lot of fingerprints all over it.

Did I accidently enter the comic page? The buck stops with me! What a laugh. Is that something Bush made him do. He has never I repeat has never accepted anything being his fault. It has always been someone else. Our most transparant Adiminstration ever. His administration has been the embarassment of history. Notice though it is the Republicans. What a farce.

The Buck stops. The economy fails. Moral conscience dies. Business crashes. Health care "reformed" bites the dust. Yep. It all stops with obama.

What is Obama talking about? He has gotten nearly everything he wants with only token opposition from Congress or he just goes around congress:
#1: Higher taxes on the "rich".
    #2: Obamacare
#3: Massive bailouts and stimulus packages worth nearly $1 trillion.
    #4: NSA
    #4: DOMA stuck down.
#5: Doubled the number of food stamp recipients.
#6: Never has answered any questions about fast and furious, Benghazi. A.P. or the IRS scandals.
#7: Gutted the Welfare Reform Act, signed by Bill Clinton.
#8: Extended unemployment benefits to 99 months.
    #9: Obama phones.
    #10: His "Arab Spring" failures.
The buck NEVER stops with Obama! He blames Republicans for everything but they have no power to stop anything he does. He poses as the "leader" fighting for the very consequences of HIS failures. Meanwhile, America declines and he blames Republicans?
