    The author of the article says," The result is the best security situation in Israel's history. This is a tribute to Israel's extra ordinary talent for improvisation."

    I guess he does not understand that we give Israel a minimum of three billion dollars of borrowed money a year in foreign aid and we give Egypt a couple of billion dollars of borrowed money a year also. We try to buy peace with borrowed money while we ignore the needs of Americans at home.

    Maybe what both countries are good at is milking the U.S. Congress and the American Tax Payer.

    Let me be the first to correct the heading. "Mideast unlikely to change". It should read Mideast will NEVER change. At least not as long as radical Muslims continue to hate the Jews. Anyone see that problem resolving itself anytime soon?
