    Criminal cases should not be filed because of 2.2 million social media comments. The fact that charges were not filed for more than forty days raises the question as to whether it was political pressure rather that probative evidence that prompted the filing. No one can predict what juries will decide, but the evidence thus far does not erase reasonable doubt concerning the state's case.

    After I heard the early reports I was incensed I thought he was guilty as heck. Later I became convinced this was truly a case of self defense. I expect it will be acquitted and after he is I hope he sues does media outlets that lied about him.
