    Lost and JWB,

How does Putin making a statement have anything to do with Obama's "abysmal failures" or "Chicago gang?" Were there not enough articles in the DN today for you to express your anti-Obama beliefs?

I think you're right, Craig. He's playing Scheherazade.

Putin to Snowden - tell us all you know, but don't leak it, so know one will know what we know.

just another exmaple of BO's abysmal failures, lets a two-bit drop-out make a fool of him.

Again, the Chicago gang thought they were just messing with terrorists in their lack of true policies and procedures. It is sort of like our AG and his tainted past that he is dealing only with questionable people not the public and citizens of the Great State of Utah. The Governor doesn't have an AG and definitely doesn't want to go down because of something that Swallow has in his arsenal.

Putin is one of the biggest boys on the block with knowledge of the inside of the KGB and intelligence officers worldwide, especially the United States of America. He could teach Snowden a little more, I am sure.

The OPM and contractors that deal with our national security and security clearances have a deficiency in their system. It can take months for an individual to get a security clearance but with Snowden there are even higher levels required. The United States of America gives an interim clearance to these trusted individuals. Contractors have a stake in their claim to do business and hopefully they have integrity even though some levels in our government don't.

Integrity and honor. Supervisors of employees and contracts may be lacking.

Since he fled the U.S., Snowden’s method of operation has not been to leak all at once all the files he made off with. He’s been releasing materials piecemeal with a promise of more yet to come. It’s like, ‘just wait ‘till you see what awesome stuff I’ve got for you next.’

Putin’s nuanced stance suggests that Snowden’s shrewd showmanship schemes have not been lost on this wary former KGB fellow.
