Low level employees engaged in unethical behavior gets the head of the IRS fired.

Geithner cheats on his taxes and gets appointed to BO’s cabinet.

Holder ignores voter intimidation by the New Black Panthers and nothing happens to him

Holder an agency that closely monitors the AP and their communications and nothing happens to him.

Holder oversees an agency that sells guns to Mexican drug lords, who then use those guns to kill hundreds of people, including a US border patrol agent, and nothing happens to him.

I think BO needs to rethink his personnel decisions.

Senator Reid knew who gave him the information. He didn't withdraw his data on Mitt Romney and the damage had been done for the benefit of the election. It is not just the President at fault but the information the IRS commissioner didn't give Congress was available to certain individuals or they would not have been gathering information with their devious methods. The IRS code in the computer cannot just be changed without a configuration control board making those authorized changes through their process. Where is the watchdog from Congress in these matters since the House controls money or budgets. Oh, that is right, the President spends without an approved budget and of course the IRS is picking up more responsibility for 300M citizens with healthcare plus those undocumented that will be given some type of social security number. That number will have to be for a non-citizen category. All these additional requirements for an Agency that has been rampantly violating people's rights, if they are not blue.

And to think last week Obama told a bunch of college kids not to believe any stories about tyrannical governments. A week later and we hear about tyrannical government's abuse of powers. Sounds like he knew this was coming down the pike.

After targeting pro life groups as a tribute to planned parenthood and with Chris Mathews admitting the thrill has now left his legs, the WH is left to once again spin the lies as they just two days ago said the IRS scandal was not politically influenced. Time to impeach Obama and throw harrynreid in jail for using the IRS to give him Mitt's tax returns

He was fired by the President. Commissioner Miller had plenty of opportunity to tell of the IRS irregularities for 2 years and chose to not tell the truth. Someone in his chain of command told him not to tell Congress of the discriminatory events that had been happening for 2 years, repeatedly not telling the chairman or other members of the committees. The prior Commissioner left in November for a reason and not just that it was the end of his term. November was the election of the Supreme Commander. Mr. Miller was the person over this area of expertise so was that the reason he was put in as Commissioner because he had a proven record that he could by the committees of Congress for 8 times and get away with it. He was given this acting commissioner job as pay back but they got caught with the hand in the cookie jar. An Inspector General Report can take a very long time as it goes through various levels especially if there is a cause finding, especially one such as this. There is usually so much political pressure put on the IG it is amazing that a report even got out.
